Although based in Atlanta, our firm provides services to clients with business activities and litigation in other states. Our transactional lawyers provide regional representation of several clients. Our litigation lawyers handle significant, cutting edge issues and have tried cases in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Jeff Horst, our senior trial lawyer, has been involved in a number of high profile cases that have been written about in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Atlanta Journal & Constitution, Tampa Tribune, Raleigh News & Observer, National Law Journal, the Fulton County Daily Report, and the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In 1999-2000, Jeff spent five months in Tampa, Florida as one of the principal trial counsel in Avnet v. Wyle achieving a defense verdict which the National Law Journal selected as one of the top ten defense verdicts of 2000. We recently have handled matters in California, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Nevada, New York, North and South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
